Massame Studio is a true laboratory for the creation and appreciation of artisans' artistic work. They are people passionate about design and with absolute mastery of the craft technique, instilling the individuality of the product in the details.
In order to enhance your experience with our products, here are some instructions for use, maintenance, and warranty.
Here are some important recommendations for your luminaire.
INSTALLATION

It is recommended to have the installation done by a professional.

Turn off the electrical power.

Check if the electrical power is 110V or 220V.

Use the specified bulb indicated on the product label - maximum wattage and voltage.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
ALL PRODUCTS

Use only a clean, dry, and soft cloth (such as a flannel cloth).

NEVER use abrasive, harsh, solvent-based, ammonia-based, or alcohol-based products.
CHROME, POLISHED, BRUSHED

Periodically use automotive wax on the product.
-
For regions with higher humidity, we recommend maintenance every 6 months using hydrophobic sprays like WD-40.
Note: In environments exposed to sea air and excessive humidity, the use of automotive wax should be done more frequently.
WOOD

You can use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water
PAINTING ON METAL

It is recommended to gently vacuum the dust and use a soft brush.
WARRANTY TERMS
Massame Studio provides a warranty against material and manufacturing defects in its products for a period of 90 days, including the legal warranty period of 90 days. The warranty for finishes, parts, and components subject to natural wear strictly follows the legal warranty period of 90 days. Massame Studio is limited to performing replacement services for parts and components according to the terms specified below and upon analysis conducted by Massame Studio itself.
SITUATIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

Damages caused by transportation or incorrect assembly/installation.

Misuse, improper exertion, or any use other than the intended purpose of the product.

Problems caused by improper assembly or related to adaptations and/or alterations made to the product.

Issues related to unsuitable conditions of the location where the product was installed/placed, such as excessive humidity, sea air, and electrical problems in the area.

Abuse, neglect, cleaning, and/or maintenance contrary to the instructions.
-
Damages caused by contracted cleaning or repair services.
-
Damages caused by accidents, falls, disasters, pest attacks, or natural agents.
-
Excessive wear on the finish due to intensive use or exposure to unforeseen adverse conditions (weather, humidity, sea air, extreme cold or heat).

Oxidation or corrosion due to lack of cleaning, maintenance with improper products, or exposure to weather conditions, humidity, or sea air.
SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The description of the order and product specifications are understood as accepted from the moment of the down payment.
-
The payment made for the order does not include any service/product that is not explicitly listed, such as installation and maintenance of the item.

As a general rule, products are delivered without bulbs unless specified in the order.
-
Bulbs are sold separately, and we do not provide a warranty for them.

Unless otherwise negotiated between Massame and the customer, our estimated manufacturing lead time is 45 to 60 calendar days from the confirmation of the down payment, as indicated in the payment conditions stated in the order.

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, delays and unforeseen circumstances in production may occur without prior notice. Minor variations in measurements and finishes may occur.

The payment conditions specified in the order cannot be altered in case of delivery delays.

Orders in production with outstanding payments will have their production and/or delivery suspended without prior notice until any pending issues are resolved.

Products shipped via a carrier will be done so at the buyer's expense and responsibility (FOB).

Massame ensures that all products are tested and packaged in perfect condition, and any damage, defect, or issue with the product must be reported upon receipt.

After the down payment is made, orders cannot be partially or fully canceled.

Our products are manually crafted, and therefore, some degree of variation may occur.

We work with high-quality materials and finishes, which may be subject to variability in their appearance, especially if offered as "natural." Even treated materials may undergo some variation due to the physical and chemical composition of metals, glass and crystal production blends, aging and oxidation processes, among other factors, including the effects of time and climate, which can result in differences between the sample and the delivered product.

Our warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of order delivery against manufacturing defects. Any issues related to installation, use, or depreciation over time, climate, or any other factors will not be covered by our warranty, and additional charges may apply for repairs and maintenance.

Massame Studio does not accept cancellations or returns.
